A manufacturing BOM, or bill of materials, is a document that lists all of the parts, materials, and components that are required to manufacture a product. It typically includes detailed information about each item, such as its quantity, specification, and supplier. Manufacturing BOMs are used to help businesses manage the production of products, and can be used for tasks such as ordering materials, scheduling production, and tracking inventory levels. In many cases, manufacturing BOMs are created and managed using specialized software, which can provide additional functionality and automation for managing and updating the BOM.
